Bush with bloomers

The emergence of Sarah Palin on the political scene has the female gender in a pickle. Until Hillary Clinton was bumped by the DNC about 86 percent of the women were lined up to vote the democratic ticket. Now along comes Sarah, a die-hard republican on the republican side and the numbers are swinging away from the democrats. It is apparent that women want a face in the white house and they are going against their beliefs toward that objective. Sarah is against abortion and women's right to choose. She is a deep-seated conservative.  Sarah is a Bush in bloomers.

Ladies, I appeal to your practical side. Is it so important to have a woman in the white house that you would renounce your basic beliefs in the right of women to choose? I don't think so, but I could be wrong. Obama offers women a friendly face in the white house where their rights will be respected. You should give him your support as a matter of self interest. It is his hope that you will be free of the strict constructionists who have dominated your lives for many years,

Don't trap yourselves in a dream that is unreal. If your vote for Sarah and McCain nothing will change. Like Sarah, you will just be a Bush in bloomers.
